We reserve the right to alter our pricing structures, introduce new packages, or modify existing plans at our discretion without prior notice, though ongoing subscriptions will be honored until their current billing cycle concludes. Late payments or failed transactions may result in the immediate suspension of your training schedule and studio access privileges.

We expect all students, guests, and instructors to treat one another with the utmost respect, maintaining a positive attitude throughout all training sessions and rehearsals. Disruptive behavior, harassment, discrimination, or any action that compromises the safety and focus of our dance community will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Students are required to arrive on time for their scheduled classes, wear appropriate dance attire, and follow the direct instructions of our choreography professionals. Management reserves the right to dismiss any individual from the premises who violates this code of conduct without providing a refund for missed sessions.
We understand that unexpected events may occasionally prevent you from attending your scheduled dance classes or workshops. To accommodate this, Nuex Studio requires a minimum advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests, which must be submitted directly through our official communication channels. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your class credit and no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Nuex Studio and its staff members shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or health complications sustained during training sessions, studio rehearsals, or live stage performances.
All dance routines, choreographic sequences, training methodologies, and creative concepts taught within our walls remain the exclusive intellectual property of Nuex Studio and its respective instructors. Students are highly encouraged to practice these routines for personal skill development and recreational enjoyment outside of the studio environment. However, you may not use, replicate, teach, or monetize our original choreography for commercial purposes, public performances, or competitive events without obtaining explicit written consent from our management team.
